There was a problem with Youtube that the quality of videos was bad because of the need to compromise quality for fast load times. However,as technology improved and so do the internet got even more faster than ever before with broadband,Youtube has started offering a higher quality version now.Sure, it isn't high definition but a resolution of 480* 360 pixels, obviously better than the previous 320 by 240 resolution.
You can go to your YouTube accounts page and select the better quality, but if you are not logged into Youtube, all you have to do is to add the string &fmt=18 to the end of Youtube URL and if there is a higher quality video,it will load.
Enjoy!!!
